Yesterday, Mum said that she had found that I had seen many horrible films,  played a lot of video games, never read any good books. So she founded the ”Reading Is Fun Club”.

She also said that I had been affected by the boys (Mum wanted to invite all the kids near our home, in fact only Rowley), but I think she’s main thought is not to let me do the things she dislikes. Do you think that couldn't be worse? Mum told me that she had invited Freg! Oh my goodness! She probably didn't know how foolish he is. I don't know what will happen next. Today is the first activity of “Reading Is Fun Club”. All the boys took the books about games, only Freg took his history text book. I think he is mad. After a while, Freg made a sound like duck ”Quack” ”Quack”, and then he got out of the room. Mum told us all of our books aren’t good books. She gave us some “good books”. I think a lot of boys may have opinions in the “Reading Is Fun Club” because of Mum’s ideas, but when I saw Freg got into the room and ate something unclean, I thought that Freg had never been to this world.

This book is the fourth book of the album”Diary of a Wimpy Kid”, which is called”Dog Days”. It tells us the interesting stories happened on Gregley. I quite like the character of the main character ”Greg”, he is naughty but clever, short and light. He is angry about the rule that the class doesn’t have a average height or weight, it only depends on how clever you are or stuff like that. He knows to minus the number of how a person looks forward to you to do less and still let others feel surprised. There are seven people in Greg’s family: Greg, Rodrick, Mandy, Mother, Father, Grandma and Grandpa. Although this book makes us laugh, I still learn a lot of things from it. I’m a fan of the author Jeff Kinney.
