                                                             How to Live a Healthy Life 

 

    Everyone wants to keep fit, but how to be healthy? Let me tell you some tips.

    First of all, you should have a good eating habit. Eating too much sweet food, oily food and hot food makes you unhealthy. We should drink more water, tea or milk and eat more fruits and vegetables. We should eat fewer snacks, such as potato chips, sweets and so on, or you will be too full to eat the three meals.

    Secondly, you should have a healthy life style. Get up early and go to bed early. Always do many exercises and be happy. Don't drink coffee when you are going to sleep. Communicate with others happily. Don't be too rude or arrogant.

    Third, you should have a good attitude to the world. You should be hopeful to the future. Don't be sad all time. You must know, behind many mountains, there is always a beautiful bright sun.

    There are my opinions. It is not so difficult to keep fit, isn’t it?
