Tintin’ s Dog Bob
I have a lovely garden. I get up at 7:30 every day to water the plants and check if the lawn is tidy and neat, whether the lilies are taller and bigger. My garden must be nice all the time.
I made a friend with Tintin, who has a dog called Bob. She takes good care of her dog. Actually, I have met her only once. She is not my neighbor and she is just my pen friend. Bob is amazing, because he can tidy the rooms and make delicious, delicate chocolate cakes. It is also a nice little dog, since he could help pick up trash or fetch you a pencil.
“Hi! How do you do? I've lost my dog and…” One day, Tintin gave a call to me. Tintin’s dog was lost. That was bad news. I thought I could help her find her dog. “Mom just blamed me for breaking the vase yesterday but I found nothing in Bob’s cage today.” For the sake of comforting my friend, I came up with an idea for finding Bob at home, but it did not work. I gave her an advice of buying a new pet, but she ended up with making a silly decision of finding Bob on the street. I was sure it would not work.
“It isn't worth finding him on the street, you'll find nothing but shops and crowds,” I warned her. Of course, I was not sitting under the air-conditioner playing video games and chewing bubble gum. I was so busy on helping Tintin find Bob that I did not even have time to go to the toilet! “I can't find Bob anywhere. I think I will have to start saving money for a new pet.”
A few days later, I saw a dog in my garden walking toward Tintin’s house. I thought him to be Tintin’s, but soon my intuition told me it was a silly thought. That dog ran away. This afternoon, Tintin told me Bob was found. She was astonished of the fact that a dog could find home by himself. I said, “I saw Bob in my garden a few days ago, I'm sorry I didn't tell you.”
