About losing weight (sandwich, timetable, silly)

 

You’re in hot water when you get fat.

You need to design your timetable for sports and meals. When you get up, you could do more exercise before breakfast, and also do jogging or swimming after work, and at the same time, you must control your mouth and keep away from the high-energy food. My advice is to replace your hamburger with a sandwich. And you should cut down on snacking. However, some people have lost their weight by taking medicine. In my opinion, your body will be seriously harmed by those drugs. That’s full of silly mistakes.

So, only the right way to lose weight can help you stay healthy.
