                                      Why Do We Need to Have Good Manners?

“Why do we need to have good manners?” Maybe nowadays, some people will ask such a kind of questions. Many people know what we should do to make us polite, but some of them don’t know why we should be polite.

So here are some examples.

When you see your teachers on duty, you should say “hello” to teachers. Many people know this. But a few people think it is meaningless to greet teachers. These two different kinds of behaviors will not do you too much damage.  But if you are a teacher, you may feel bored and tired when you are on duty. So a greeting will make you relaxed and happy, and it will even give you energy and encouragement. So why don’t you turn a small insignificant action into something more meaningful? When you see the elders standing tired on the bus, maybe you may not give up your seat. A few people not only don’t give up their seats, but they constantly laugh at them. So this is a serious problem. We know that when the elders are standing, it is more tired than the teenagers .So they will be relieved when you give your seats to them.

  Having good manners tells us to think from other people’s point of view. It can also tell us we can change an unimportant detail into very significant results. If everyone knows this and does this in our life, our life must be colorful and the world will be harmonious. When you have good manners, it can show you that you respect them, and others will respect you. Maybe other unbelievable things will happen, but I think it must be more beautiful than now if we all have good manners!
