An Extraordinary Experience 五年5班 陈沛钰

Have you ever jumped down from a three-metre-high waterfall? I have.

I was about seven at that time. I went to an enormous waterfall beside a forest. Near the huge one, there were some tiny ones. We climbed for nearly half an hour to reach the jumping-waterfall.

As I arrived there, I wore my life jacket as quickly as possible. Looking down the blue clear water, I felt a bit dizzy and frightened and I started to regret for going up! I took a long breathe and walked steadily until the cliff.

“Imagine it’s a sponge under you and jump!” A boy told me. Then, I jumped down, everything happened so fast that I couldn’t have even a single piece of thought. I felt a sudden cold. When I opened my eyes, I realized I was in that blue clear water eventually! I felt successful. I’ve never had before, a success of my bravery!
